Kuwait: Civil ID Enquiry and Renewal via SMS

Now in addition to online services at http://www.paci.gov.kw/eng/index.htm, you can renew your civil id and enquire about its status via sms service:

• For renewal just send  capital R space civil id number to 1889988
• For enquiry send capital I space civil id number to 1889988
• and for checking about a posted envelope send capital E space envelope number to 1889988

You will get an immediate reply and also will get another message when the new card is ready.
